• Play a crucial role in the full recruitment cycle within our LATAM organization. • Responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring for senior positions and leadership roles for the LATAM Team. • Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively with Senior Managers.
• Must be based in LATAM (preferred locations are Mexico, Columbia, or Argentina) • Bilingual in Spanish and English • 4-8 years of experience in full cycle recruitment • Strong knowledge of full-cycle recruiting processes and best practices. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines. • Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools. • High level of professionalism and integrity.
