• TripleTen is a service that empowers individuals to embark on mastering tech professions. • Our bootcamps focus on training students in software engineering, data science, business intelligence, and QA engineering. • As a Senior Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in the full recruitment cycle within our LATAM organization. • This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and collaboration with Senior Managers.
• Must be based in LATAM (preferred locations are Mexico, Columbia, or Argentina) • Bilingual in Spanish and English • 4-8 years of experience in full cycle recruitment (Hiring Need Intake Through Initial Onboarding) • Demonstrated ability to guide hiring managers and senior leaders toward optimal candidate selection framework, hiring process, leading to high retention. • Strong knowledge of full-cycle recruiting processes and best practices. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines. • Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools. • High level of professionalism and integrity. • It is your responsibility to provide and show proof of high speed internet access at your selected remote work location.
