• Responsible for leading efforts to deliver Service NOW automation solutions for client Operations. • Influence the implementation processes and on-going support of the client CMDB and Asset Database. • Spur and coordinate/implement integrations between the CMDB, Asset Database, ITSM, ITOM, billing systems, and ordering systems. • Drive ideas and projects to leverage data sources to provide dashboards and visualizations. • Manage the whole lifecycle of custom automation “apps” and integrations. • Lead and promote effective governance of data models, data integrity, coding, processes, applications for digitization and automation efforts. • Market the value of digitization and automation apps by showcasing existing apps.
• Extensive design and development experience with ServiceNOW IT Service Management, IT Operations Management and/or Event Management. • Significant experience using shell, Perl, python, or java scripting. • Understanding of how to optimize the ServiceNow data model and structures and how to propose and enforce coding standards • Experience soliciting a complex set of customer requirements and creatively translating those into solutions leveraging existing tools and integration • Experience defining a product vision and then a detailed roadmap. • Strong problem solving/troubleshooting skills and attention to details. • Ability to multitask while managing several initiatives.
