Requirements
• HR Expertise: 2-4 years of experience in in HR analytics, operations, or a similar role. • Familiarity with HRIS platforms and general HR operations. • Tech-Savvy: Advanced proficiency in Google Sheets; experience with Looker, Tableau, or similar BI tools is a plus. • Strong analytical skills: The ability to translate data into insights and recommendations. • Problem Solver: Adept at troubleshooting and improving HR systems and processes to enhance efficiency and employee experience. • Startup Mindset: Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and adapting to changing priorities. • Team Player: Collaborative approach with excellent interpersonal and communication skills to partner with employees and leaders across the company. • Data-Driven: Experience using data to drive decisions and improve HR processes.
