📋 Description

• A technical project manager is responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and completion of technical projects. • Ensuring alignment with organizational goals by defining project objectives, scope, and deliverables. • Managing resources, risks, and communicating effectively with all stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle. • Develop and maintain project plans, milestones, timelines, and budgets to ensure successful project delivery. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies. • Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders and leadership in a clear and concise manner. • Facilitate project meetings and ensure action items are tracked and completed on time. • Manage project scope and change requests to ensure project goals are met within budget and timeline constraints. • Identify and manage project dependencies and critical path activities to ensure timely project delivery. • Continuously improve project management processes and tools to increase efficiency and effectiveness. • Lead and manage multiple technical projects simultaneously. • Monitor project progress, milestone attainment, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies. • Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and align with business goals.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, Business, or a related field. • 4-7+ years of experience in project management. • Proven experience as a Product Manager, preferably in a technical or software-focused role. • Proven ability to plan, execute, and monitor projects according to established methodologies. • Strong understanding of product management principles and methodologies. • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. • Ability to translate technical concepts into business value. • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. • Proficiency in product management tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, Aha!). • Experience with agile development methodologies. • Strong leadership and project management abilities.
