📋 Description
• Lead the design, development, and optimization of the Salesforce ecosystem. • Define the overall Salesforce architecture for scalable, high-performing, and secure solutions. • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to Salesforce developers, admins, and integration teams. • Lead the design of complex Salesforce configurations, custom development, and integrations. • Work closely with business leaders, product managers, and engineering teams. • Implement best practices for data architecture, security, and compliance within Salesforce. • Identify and resolve system performance issues and optimize processes. • Architect integrations between Salesforce and external systems. • Maintain comprehensive technical documentation and enforce development standards.
🎯 Requirements
• 7+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce architecture, development, and administration. • Proficiency in Apex, LWC, SOQL, REST/SOAP APIs, and integration patterns. • Strong experience with Sales, Service, Marketing & Revenue Cloud. • Expertise in middleware solutions like MuleSoft, Boomi, or similar platforms. • Proven experience leading Salesforce implementations, migrations, and system enhancements. • Strong analytical skills with a proactive approach to troubleshooting and optimization. • Excellent communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. • Salesforce Technical Architect (CTA) preferred; other relevant certifications a plus. • Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, DevOps methodologies, and Salesforce DX. • Familiarity with agile methodologies and working in a Scrum team environment.
