Description

β€’ Manage, maintain, and retain dealer accounts within an assigned book of business, ensuring consistent engagement with dealers β€’ Advocate for dealer success to reduce churn and problem-solve issues β€’ Onboard, train and support dealer accounts using standard practices developed to provide efficient support for a book of business β€’ Ensure dealers have the resources available to enable their success on the TrueCar platform using all available self-service collateral, training materials, and performance reporting β€’ Work collaboratively with the Dealer Operations team to support the needs of an assigned book of business by troubleshooting, reporting, documenting, and taking initiative in problem-solving issues β€’ Establish and maintain strong relationships with dealer senior leaders, decision-makers and users of TC platform at dealerships β€’ Monitor and resolve dealer escalations with all involved functional areas, including Dealer Service leadership and Dealer Operations teams, to assure approval and success β€’ Serve as liaison between the Dealer and Dealer Operation teams with respect to product implementation and continuous product management β€’ In partnership with the Dealer training team, learn about new or upcoming products and features, ensuring a high level of personal proficiency in knowledge and functionality of products. Serve as subject matter expert in TC products β€’ Support a team environment with strong morale, and positive energy, anchored on goals β€’ Report and record all activity notes within Salesforce and communicate properly with applicable team members β€’ Support in the management of account receivables for assigned accounts β€’ Demonstrate a high level of attentiveness towards dealers and actively contribute to a culture that encourages high-quality service with a sense of urgency β€’ Develop trusting relationships and open communication, accepting feedback (up and down)

Requirements

β€’ Demonstrated success in relationship management in the automotive industry β€’ Tech-savvy with the ability to understand, interpret and present data with a consultative approach β€’ Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to listen for understanding and influence outcomes β€’ Proven track record of excellent client service β€’ Experience with Salesforce or other Customer Relationship Management tool utilization is a plus β€’ Ability to travel domestically up to 25% of the time
