• Execute high-performing media buys that support company growth and achieve a high return on advertising sales (ROAS) • Be accountable for overall ad performance and profitability which includes reviewing of campaign performances throughout the week • Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify target audiences, media channels, and trends • Collate data and analysis for presentation purposes • Review and provide feedback on creatives from designers • Copywriting for Google and Bing search campaigns • Handle any other ad-hoc projects or tasks as assigned.
• Degree or higher (preferably in business/marketing or a related field) • Minimum of 1 year of experience in running high performance sales-driven marketing campaigns on Facebook • Experience in Google Ads will be an advantage • Strong proven knowledge of media-buying platforms and its compliance/guidelines such as Facebook, Bing, and Google Ads • Analytical mindset and a self-starter with the ability to develop solutions and next steps for campaign testing • Positive and can-do attitude when handling new marketing campaigns that require rigorous testing • Sense of ownership in one’s performance and its impact on company’s success • High accountability with the ability to work independently over the weekends and public holidays and as part of a team • Strong attention to detail • Conversant in English and possess a creative mindset which will be useful for conceptualizing ad creative ideas and crafting advertising assets in the form of copy, video, and images tailored to suit the target audience.
