📋 Description
• We are looking for a hands-on QA Lead with strong experience in manual testing and team management. • The role involves leading a small team (1-2 manual QAs), collaborating with leadership on updates and escalations, and planning testing strategies. • The ideal candidate will have expertise in software testing lifecycles, regression, usability, and performance testing, along with proficiency in database management and AWS Lambda functions. • Experience with tools like k6, TestRail, Grafana, PostgreSQL IDE, jMeter, and Postman is essential. • While this is a manual QA role, automation experience is a plus.
