📋 Description
• Manage and resolve change requests for shipboard applications. • Respond to customer issues via phone, email, and chat, documenting interactions and resolutions accurately. • Deploy content updates for property management systems. • Proactively monitor and resolve technical issues, ensuring minimal downtime. • Collaborate with technical teams to ensure smooth hardware and software installations. • Perform network and database troubleshooting, and write deployment scripts as needed. • Maintain product documentation and provide excellent customer service.
🎯 Requirements
• 2-3 years of experience in application support. • Bachelor’s Degree in IT or a related field (or equivalent combination of education and experience). • Hands-on experience with computer hardware, peripherals, and standard software programs. • Strong understanding of network troubleshooting and relational databases (SQL experience required). • Experience with issue tracking systems such as Remedy, ServiceNow, Jira, or Confluence. • Previous experience in the cruise or hospitality industry. • Ability and willingness to travel internationally every two to four weeks to different locations in LATAM and Europe.
