Requirements

• Tech lead experience (3+ years) leading initiatives with the ability to course-correct as needed. • 5+ years of Engineering Experience (3+ years of experience building native Android applications using Kotlin and Java). • Broad and deep understanding of Android’s architectural components (Room, LiveData, Jetpack, etc.) and the MVVM architecture. • Experience working with RESTful APIs using JSON. • Understanding of multi-threading, concurrent programming, and/or performance optimization. • Proven working knowledge of software engineering techniques, methodologies, practices, and ability to develop and ship complex high-quality software products. • Exceptional communication skills and the ability to work closely with others both within and adjacent to the existing team. • Ability to consistently evaluate current technical approaches to continue to be industry best-of-class. • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
