• Truelogic is a leading provider of nearshore staff augmentation services, located in New York. • Our client is building the software that builds the world. • They provide cloud-based construction management software. • Our client is looking for a Senior Visual Designer, a unique, highly analytical and creative role. • Conceptualize and design high-quality marketing materials, including social media assets, presentations, and other visual content. • Develop and maintain a consistent visual language across all marketing channels. • Create engaging and informative infographics and diagrams that effectively communicate complex data and concepts. • Design intuitive and user-friendly interface elements. • Produce elegant animations that enhance the user experience. • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams. • Stay up-to-date on the latest design trends and technologies.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience in a visual design role, demonstrating a strong portfolio of successful projects. • Expert-level proficiency in Figma. • Exceptional understanding of visual hierarchy, typography, and image composition principles. • Proven ability to transform complex information into visually appealing and easily digestible formats. • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively articulate design decisions and work constructively with cross-functional teams. • A passion for design excellence and a commitment to continuous learning and improvement.
