• Collaborate on big ideas and clever campaigns • Shape the visual identity of clients' brands • Contribute to campaign development, including ideation, mood boards, storyboarding, and digital toolkits • Collaborate with digital teams for integrated campaigns • Set artistic vision and guide visual content and brand assets • Maintain brand visual identity consistency and appeal • Evolve brand identity through UX design principles • Work with copywriters, strategists, and managers for integrated marketing • Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field • Minimum of 3 years' experience in a creative agency or in-house design team • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) • Proficiency in designing in Figma and knowledge of designing UX/UI best practices • Excellent communication and collaboration skills • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines • Agency experience required • Passion for design and a desire to create impactful work • Strong portfolio demonstrating a diverse range of design skills and experience in marketing.
