📋 Description

• Collaborate on big ideas and clever campaigns • Shape the visual identity of clients' brands • Contribute to campaign development, including ideation, mood boards, storyboarding, and digital toolkits • Collaborate with digital teams to conceptualize and develop concepts for integrated campaigns, digital activations, and social videos • Set the artistic vision and guide the development of visual content and brand assets • Participate in strategic brainstorming and creative execution • Present campaign concepts to clients • Create high-quality design assets • Ensure brand's visual identity is consistent and aligned with objectives • Evolve brand identity through UX design principles

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field • Minimum of 3 years' experience in a creative agency or in-house design team • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) • Proficiency in designing in Figma and knowledge of designing UX/UI best practices • Excellent communication and collaboration skills • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines • Agency experience required • Passion for design and a desire to create impactful work • Strong portfolio demonstrating a diverse range of design skills and experience in marketing
