📋 Description
• Support the Servicing and Asset Management department • Review and analyze insurance policies for compliance • Review replacement cost and loss of income calculations • Complete Blanket Analysis as required • Correspond with borrowers and insurance agents • Monitor insurance process for commercial properties • Recommend enhancements to insurance processes • Oversee forced place insurance coverage • Assist with insurance matters relating to servicing transfers • Ensure appropriate documentation of compliance reviews
