Description

• Lead Inclusive Lending initiatives to promote fair access to credit • Establish community relationships aligned with Truist's values • Develop outreach strategies with local organizations for homeownership and financial education • Train lending teams on equitable lending • Organize community events and workshops • Prepare reports for stakeholders and regulatory agencies • Evaluate outreach event ROIs

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in community development, business or marketing, or equivalent experience • 5+ year experience in community outreach, mortgage services or related field • Proven strategic client acquisition experience in underserved communities • Strong understanding of mortgage products and the home-buying process • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and project management skills • Strong analytical and interpersonal skills
