Description

• Conduct compliance risk oversight and assessments • Support compliance risk management activities • Serve as subject matter expert on regulatory changes impacting Real Estate Lending • Analyze and partner with REL to execute compliant processes

Requirements

• Eight+ years of consumer mortgage industry experience focusing on regulatory compliance • Bachelor's degree in business, law or equivalent education • Compliance certifications (i.e. CRCM) or related training • Ability to assist and provide guidance to department management • Strong understanding of regulations impacting Mortgage processes • Ability to analyze regulatory and investor changes • Keen attention to detail • Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office • Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills • Excellent organizational, managerial and project management skills • Minimal direct supervision required
