📋 Description
• Supports the Mainframe Engineering team. • Responsible for zOS new release installs, maintenance and OEM installs. • Troubleshoots and resolves complex issues. • Communicates issue status to internal customers. • Engages and manages outside vendors when necessary. • Leads moderately complex projects and participates in larger initiatives. • Acts as a resource for less experienced teammates.
🎯 Requirements
