🎯 Requirements
•Industry Experience: 4+ years of experience in software engineering, preferably in capital markets or trading workflows. •Programming Skills: Proficiency in JVM-based languages (Scala preferred); ability to write clean and maintainable code. •Distributed Systems: Experience in designing, implementing, and maintaining scalable systems. •Network Protocols & Messaging: Familiarity with technologies such as TCP/IP, Kafka, RabbitMQ, or Aeron. •Cloud Technologies: Hands-on experience with Kubernetes and Docker. •Performance Optimization: Understanding of low latency, high-throughput systems. •SDLC Practices: Familiarity with Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) methodologies, including agile practices and CI/CD pipelines. •Continuous Improvement: Commitment to delivering high-quality solutions.
