• Manage a broad range of legal compliance and regulatory filings • Manage internal contract and document systems • Administer contract templates • Negotiate transactions with health care providers • Work on cross-functional project teams • Collaborate with business collaborators across the organization

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree from accredited school • Juris Doctor or Paralegal Certificate preferred • Minimum of 5 years of experience in health care legal transactions, including commercial contract negotiation, legal compliance, and legal regulatory matters • Fluency in regulatory filings, including with respect the Hart-Scott-Rodino Act, FINRA inquiries, SEC inquiries, and similar regulatory interactions • Proficiency in contract management and lifecycle systems (iManage, MIDAS, etc.) • Experience in leading, directing, and managing outside counsel engagements preferred • Ability to build strong relationships with Lilly leaders, business units, and technology teams • Strong organizational and project management skills leading complex projects, with the ability to effectively prioritize and manage multiple initiatives • Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment • Meticulous attention to detail • Good judgment and ability to spot issues in complex transactions and regulatory matters
