• seeking a full-time Insurance Payment Poster to join the Trusted Doctors billing team • provide remote onboarding and training • full-time remote position, Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM Eastern Standard Time
Requirements
• 2-3 years of experience in a Primary Pediatric or Family Practice setting for insurance payment posting • solid understanding of insurance payment posting • ability to read and understand explanation of benefits (Deductibles, Coinsurance, Copays, Denials) • experience working with insurance companies on claim issues and follow-up • Office Practicum experience a plus • HIPAA-compliant workspace is essential for communicating with patients and insurance companies
