Description
• Product representative in intaking, prioritizing and resolving FIC-related support questions and issues in various Slack channels. • Doing product research and investigations with Engineers to resolve issues, communicate with stakeholders about the resolutions. • Working with stakeholders to build and execute a clear prioritization framework; and improving the efficiency and speed of solving FIC product related issues.
Requirements
• Detail oriented and eager to learn. • Prior experience in product management preferred. • Excellent communication and independence of updating project progress with stakeholders. • Familiar with spreadsheet and basic office tools. • Familiar with Jira.
