📋 Description
• We are looking for a Junior NOC Engineer to join our Network Operations Center (NOC) team. • This role is ideal for recent graduates or individuals with minimal experience who are eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment. • As a NOC Engineer, you will be responsible for proactive monitoring, L1 response to alerts, managing incidents, assisting with access management, writing documentation, and hands-on technical projects. • You will work closely with senior engineers and operations teams to ensure uptime, reduce disruptions, and improve efficiency. • This role will provide hands-on training, career development, and exposure to cutting-edge fintech infrastructure.
🎯 Requirements
• Recent graduate in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field OR 6-12 months of experience in an IT, DevOps, or infrastructure support role. • Basic understanding of Linux, networking, and cloud computing is a plus. • Familiarity with basic command-line operations (Linux). • Exposure to AWS, or any cloud infrastructure (preferred, but not required). • Understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, firewalls, DNS, VPNs) is a plus. • Basic experience with monitoring tools like Grafana, Prometheus, or New Relic is a plus. • Some exposure to scripting (Python, Bash, or Go) is a plus (not required but encouraged). • Strong problem-solving skills and a curious mindset. • Ability to follow structured procedures and document processes. • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, on-call, and rotation-based environment. • Willingness to learn and grow within a team setting.
