Description

Requirements

• More than 10 years of extensive professional experience in software development • Over 3 years of hands-on experience in people management and leadership roles with engineering teams • Solid understanding of software architecture, web platforms, and big data technologies • Aligned with Agile and Lean software development principles • Implemented engineering best practices and prioritized quality over quantity • Experienced in leading and/or building SaaS platforms (optional) • Experienced in leading and/or building Data analytics products (optional) • Proficient with Python, Kafka, or modern frontend frameworks like React (optional)
