We're a small, but mighty team that's backed by some of the best consumer investors in the world and partnered with some of the most important retailers in the industry. β€’ At Create, we're seeking a talented Paid Social Media Buyer to join our team and lead our media buyer activities across our paid social advertising channels. β€’ Position Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Paid Social Media Buyer to join our dynamic marketing team. β€’ You will be responsible for managing and optimizing our paid social media campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok, and Snapchat platforms. β€’ Your goal will be to drive high-quality, converting traffic, increase brand awareness, and maximize ROI for our direct-to-consumer business. β€’ Key Responsibilities: Develop, execute, and manage paid social media campaigns across Meta, TikTok, and Snapchat. β€’ Continuously analyze campaign performance metrics, such as CTR, CPA, ROAS, and conversion rates. β€’ Work with the creative team to develop engaging and high-performing ad creatives. β€’ Efficiently manage ad spend across platforms to ensure cost-effective use of the marketing budget. β€’ Stay up-to-date with industry trends, platform updates, and emerging social media advertising strategies. β€’ Provide regular reports on campaign performance and key metrics to the marketing team and stakeholders.

Requirements

β€’ 2+ years of experience managing paid social media campaigns for US-based direct to consumer brands, with a proven track record of success on Meta (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok, and Snapchat platforms. β€’ Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights. β€’ Experience using multi-touch attribution partners like Northbeam and other non-platform data insights to drive decisions and results. β€’ Ability to partner on the development of compelling ad creatives and messaging that resonate with target audiences in the health and wellness sector. β€’ Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. β€’ Ability to work in an asynch work environment. β€’ Experience writing reports that focus on the what, the why, and the what’s next.
