HeadQuarters is a global start-up that supports US cannabis companies in finance, sales operations, and logistics. In this role, you will assist in sourcing candidates, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and ensuring a smooth hiring process. Additionally, you will handle administrative tasks related to talent acquisition, helping to streamline recruitment operations. This role offers an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a rapidly evolving industry while contributing to the success of our global start-up. ⏰ Working hours: 9 am - 5 pm PST (6 pm - 2 am Serbian time) 📅 It includes 13 days of vacation on a yearly basis as well as public holidays. 💲 You will be hired as an independent contractor (freelance) with a fixed GROSS monthly salary.
🎯 Requirements
✔️ Recent graduate or entry-level professional with a background in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field. ✔️ Strong communication and interpersonal skills. ✔️ Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. ✔️ High attention to detail and organizational skills. ✔️ Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite; experience with ATS platforms is a plus. ✔️ Strong written and verbal English skills. ✔️ Self-motivated with a proactive approach to learning and problem-solving.
