• Develop and implement strategic plans to optimize operations and achieve OTO’s goals; • Lead and mentor a team of operations specialists to ensure high performance and productivity; • Monitor key performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes; • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align operations with OTO’s objectives; • Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and expense tracking for the operations department; • Maintain effective relationships with external partners and vendors; • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and effectiveness; • Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices; • Act as a liaison between OTO’s senior management and operational teams; • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and OTO’s policies; • Provide guidance and support to resolve complex operational issues; • Serve as a key decision-maker in operational matters; • Develop and implement policies and procedures; • Collaborate with the product and engineering teams; • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics; • Conduct data analysis related to all AGG DC operations; • Work in collaboration with the Customer Success Team Members to ensure satisfactory customer satisfaction; • Track and report on operational performance;
• Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or any related field; Master’s degree preferred. • Experience: Minimum 8 years of progressive experience in operations, with at least 3 years in a managerial capacity. • International experience. • Previous work in fast-growing SaaS start-ups.
