Description

• Lead the development of OTO’s web and mobile applications. • Collaborate closely with OTO’s research and development team. • Oversee the maintenance and enhancement of OTO’s websites and applications. • Implement internationalization and localization strategies. • Ensure that OTO’s applications are accessible across multiple platforms. • Diagnose and troubleshoot issues in applications. • Explore and evaluate new tools and technologies. • Manage upgrades and maintenance of OTO’s applications. • Optimize OTO’s applications for maximum speed and scalability. • Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation. • Collaborate with team members using version control systems like Git. • Ensure all user input is validated before submission. • Actively participate in code review processes. • Develop and update technical documentation for frontend development projects. • Work with the UX team to guarantee feasible designs. • Conduct user testing and analysis. • Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling landing pages. • Partner with the QA team for thorough testing and debugging. • Stay informed on industry trends and best practices. • Any other duties as required by management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, or any other related field. • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role. • Extensive Knowledge in React/React Native, Typescript, Redux, Redux Sagas, Redux Thunk, React Hooks and React Navigation. • React fundamentals such as Virtual DOM, component lifecycle and component state. • Programming languages such as JavaScript/HTML. • Git version control tool. • Consuming/integrating with RESTful APIs. • Releasing apps to the AppStore and Google Playstore. • Google Cloud Platform (GCP)/Firebase. • Websocket architecture and implementation. • Agile development team. • International experience is a big plus. • Previous work in fast-growing SaaS start-ups is also a big plus.
