• About the Company: Our client is shaking up the office furniture industry to create an office experience for the 21st century: easy, affordable, and flexible so people can sit down (or stand) and get to work. Based in NYC and backed by investors behind household brands like Quip, Caraway, and Peloton. • The Role: Looking for a talented Content and Campaigns Manager to own the full spectrum of content, brand voice, and merchandising throughout the user journey, coordinating seasonal sales and product launches. • Your responsibilities will span three key areas across the Growth and Digital Product teams: Promotional & Product Launch Campaigns, Website Merchandising, Brand Voice.
• 2-5+ years of experience at an ecommerce brand with a focus on content, copy, and/or merchandising; experience with Shopify strongly preferred. • Superlative writing skills; you're the go-to editor in your family and friend groups. • Exceptional project management skills; perhaps you run your life in Notion. • Extreme attention to detail in both written content and project execution. • Fluency with at least one AB testing tool and measuring success. • A passion for delightful digital experiences: you stay current on UX + lifecycle marketing best practices and appreciate the nuances of a seamless customer journey. • A desire to build a strong brand voice with a keen design eye, adhering to and building on existing brand guidelines, including writing style guides. • Clear, structured, and proactive communication to manage cross-functional teams.
