• About the Role • Rockstar is fast-growing, US-based recruiting service and we need a new Talent Associate to help us talk to more job seekers. • You'll conduct 10-15 minute introductory calls with job candidates to see if they’re a good fit for one of our roles. • This is a remote role for 5-15 hours per week, with availability needed early mornings and/or nights. • Responsibilities: • Conduct 10-15 minute introductory screening calls with job candidates. • Gather all required information during each call, utilizing provided screening scripts. • Build rapport with each candidate, ensuring they have a positive screening experience. • Utilize our evaluation guide to fairly and consistently evaluate whether each candidate is a good fit for the role, or another role within Rockstar, and enter evaluation findings into our system. • About Rockstar • At Rockstar, we blend human judgment with AI to quickly connect great people with great jobs. • 1+ year of recruiting experience • Excellent English-speaking skills: You’re very comfortable on the phone. You genuinely love talking to people, and easily build rapport with anyone. • Highly detail oriented and organized: You can follow a script to guide a conversation and hit all key topics, and then seamlessly enter evaluation details into our system. • Fast and humble learner: You’re excited to learn new systems and processes. You’re open to feedback and ask for help when you need it.
