• You are completely customer-centric, with a focus on our internal customers - our team! • 1+ years of experience in an administrative or coordinator role within HR or recruitment. • Hands-on experience in recruitment support (sourcing, phone screening, interview coordination, interviewing, reference checking, etc.) and experience in recruiting roles, are a bonus! • Tech-savvy, with experience using HR systems like BambooHR or Greenhouse to keep processes efficient and data accurate. • You’re a people person who navigates conversations in a curious, open, and consultative way. • You’re organised, detail-oriented, and think through potential risks, but you’re also flexible and creative when it comes to problem-solving. • You thrive in a fast-paced environment and can easily switch between tasks like admin work, project coordination, and team engagement. • Proven ability to build rapport with exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal. • You’re passionate about fostering an inclusive and welcoming work culture, whether remotely or in person.
