Description
• Demonstrating excellent collaboration skills, effective communication, and quick resolution of issues. • Implementing Scrum within SAP environments, understanding the nuances and integration challenges. • Maintaining daily Scrum activities, planning, and reviewing events. • Customizing Scrum and other Agile practices to address the unique challenges and requirements of our SAP environment. • Supporting teams in S/4HANA transformations and Agile delivery within the SAP context. • Working closely with internal colleagues to make teams autonomous as quickly as possible within the defined framework. • Participating in regular Scrum Master team meetings to improve processes and share knowledge and experience.
Requirements
• A minimum of 4+ years of practical experience as a Scrum Master in Agile product teams. • Methodological experience in implementing Scrum within SAP environments. • The ideal candidates should possess specific experience in supporting teams in S/4HANA transformations and/or Agile delivery in SAP contexts. • Candidates should demonstrate excellent collaboration skills and experience with distributed products. • Strong collaboration and effective communication skills. • The ability to customize Scrum and Agile frameworks to suit specific project needs. • Proficiency in using collaboration or issue-tracking tools like Jira, Confluence, etc. • Proficiency in English at a minimum C1 level, facilitating collaboration with international clients and teams. • Formal Scrum or Agile certifications are a bonus but not mandatory.
