Our vision is the same, a place where employees know they can thrive. • TTEC Digital seeks a 100% remote Sales Operations Analyst to join our sales operations organization. • Candidates must be willing to interview and work in US-based time zones for this full-time opportunity. • As the Sales Operations Analyst, working remotely in the Philippines, you will provide sales operations support to various sales functions. • The primary goal of this position is to assist and support sales within the sales cycle. This role works across business lines to help implement key sales initiatives which role into sales operations.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a business or sales-related field, or equivalent experience in a professional services environment. • 2+ years' of experience in sales operations or other people optimization roles. • Customer Service and detail-oriented. • High proficiency in English is mandatory. • Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite, with an emphasis on MS Outlook, MS Word, and MS Excel. • Proficiency with a CRM tool, preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365. • Strong analytical skills and ability to work in high-pressure situations while maintaining a positive attitude. • Demonstrates strong interpersonal skills with the ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with staff, management, and external stakeholders. • High level of initiative and demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects with clear expectations/timelines. • Ability to influence without authority across the organization. • Excellent communication skills; both written and verbal.
