• Consult with your neighbors on the available services that can support their situation • Provide the best solutions for their need via voice, email or chat • Respond to customer inquiries with active listening • Resolve customer issues with patience and understanding
🎯 Requirements
• 6 months or more of customer services experience • High school diploma or equivalent • Great written and verbal communication skills in Spanish-English • Computer experience • Bilingual in English and Spanish • Must be a US citizen for this US government assignment
