• Bilingual Licensed Property & Casualty Insurance Agent - Spanish-English working remotely in the United States • Be a part of bringing humanity to business • Ownership over resolving escalated or complex calls from customers • Conduct research to provide answers for customers to resolve their issues
🎯 Requirements
• Active Property and Casualty license • 6 months or more of customer service experience • Great written and verbal communication skills in Spanish-English • High school diploma or equivalent • Recognize, apply and explain your product or service knowledge • Integrity to follow guidelines on maintaining members’ privacy • Computer experience • High speed internet (> 10 mbps) • Smart phone or another device that runs IOS or Android (iPad etc.) for your daily log-in
