📋 Description

• We're looking for an ambitious, self-motivated Growth Analyst (Media Buying) to join one of the world’s largest performance video agencies. • You will have the autonomy to maximize return on investment for both the company and clients. • You’ll work with clients ranging from late-stage startups to publicly traded companies. • You’ll have to optimize campaigns across media platforms and resolve blockers to achieve goals. • Develop, implement, and manage media buying strategies for TS Paid Social Media campaigns. • Build and implement Paid Social campaigns, focusing on Meta like Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads. • Continuously monitor and analyze campaign performance to identify areas for improvement. • Efficiently allocate budgets across campaigns to maximize ROI. • Generate regular performance reports and provide actionable insights to stakeholders. • Serve as the subject matter expert on social media buying to enhance clients' revenue portfolio. • Strong organizational and operational skills to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of digital advertising experience (inclusive of experience in direct response marketing) • Experience driving ad strategy and execution on Snap, TikTok, Google, and Pinterest. • Strong quantitative reasoning and data analysis capabilities with a proficiency in Excel. • Expert knowledge of Meta Ads Manager. • Experience leading the strategy and day-to-day management of Facebook Ad programs spending over $1 Million /month. • Strong attention to detail and project organizational skills. • Strong communication with internal and external stakeholders.
