Description

• As a key member of the Tulip Retail product design team, you will be responsible for driving the user experience and look and feel of Tulip Retail products. • You will channel your passion to design mobile and web applications that make people fall in love with us. • You will advocate deep empathy for the user and lead design sprints and user research. • You will own the UX design of a set of strategic clients/products to transform retailer’s workforce!

Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on product design experience • Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Design, UX Design, Human-Computer interaction, User Research or a related field • Proven experience in designing responsive web applications (iOS is a bonus) • Proven experience in running design sprints, user research, and usability testing • Proven experience in developing and maintaining a design system • Respectfully challenging technical and design solutions • Ability to be versatile and take both leading and supporting roles • Extremely detail and process oriented • Excellent communication skills • Highly proficient in Figma • Bonus skills: Experience in retail • Knowledge of HTML and CSS • Experience in UI animation and interaction design
