📋 Description

• We are looking for a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) Specialist with a minimum of 3 years of professional experience to join our team. • The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of the Dynamics 365 CE modules (Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service), possess strong technical skills, and be able to configure and customize solutions to meet our business needs. • You will work closely with stakeholders to optimize CRM workflows, enhance customer experiences, and ensure the seamless integration of Dynamics 365 CE with other business systems. • Responsibilities: Configure and customize Dynamics 365 CE modules (Sales, Marketing, Customer Service) to fit business processes and enhance customer relationship management. • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, propose solutions, and implement tailored CRM workflows. • Manage the integration of Dynamics 365 CE with other systems using tools such as Power Automate, Azure Logic Apps, and third-party APIs. • Design and implement workflows, custom entities, business process flows, and automation to streamline processes and improve efficiency. • Ensure data integrity and manage data migration strategies for smooth transitions to the Dynamics 365 CE environment. • Provide user training, develop user guides, and deliver ongoing support to ensure effective system adoption and utilization. • Monitor and troubleshoot issues within the Dynamics 365 CE environment, ensuring minimal downtime and quick resolution of system issues.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of professional experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) • Strong experience with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service modules of Dynamics 365 CE • Proficiency in Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps), with the ability to automate workflows and integrate with other systems • Experience in customizing entities, forms, views, and dashboards in Dynamics 365 CE • Strong knowledge of data management, including data migration, cleansing, and maintaining data integrity within Dynamics 365 • Proficiency in creating reports and dashboards using Power BI and SSRS • Solid understanding of security roles, user permissions, and field-level security in Dynamics 365 CE • Familiarity with Azure Logic Apps, Power Automate, or third-party integration tools for system integration • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues quickly and effectively • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
