• Join our customer success team as a Customer Success Engineer. • Monitor and analyze faults, failures, and anomalies (events) that Turbit detects using the state-of-the-art Turbit AI monitoring system. • Analyze the events with our software. • Prepare a technical summary of the analysis and discuss it with our customers. • Manage and document the process. • Communicate with customers regularly. • Assist, support, and manage them and their internal processes to maximize their benefits from Turbit. • Plan, schedule and execute regular workshops with our customers. • Manage support tickets and communication with our customers. • Prepare, execute, and continuously improve our customer onboarding and customer success processes. • Educate our customers on how to use our software and engage with them individually. • Create teaching material and continuously improve it. • Identify and escalate complex issues to senior Customer Success members, Sales or the technical team. • Have an impact on hundreds of wind turbines in Germany and beyond.
• You have a background in mechanical engineering or a related field. • You are a recent graduate of an engineering degree (preferably Industrial or Mechanical Engineering or related). • You are really passionate about bringing value to customers and have a strong motivation to act independently on your own (you have the drive to reach out to customers). • You are fluent in written and spoken German and English (Our customers speak mostly German and English). • You love analytical thinking and have shown in the past that you are excellent at it. • You are eager to find a solution in difficult situations. • You know and can apply basic concepts of data science and data analytics and are highly motivated to learn more. • You have an open personality and positive charisma. • You are passionate about renewable energy.
