Description

• Lead Generation: Identify and generate new sales opportunities through outbound cold calling, email campaigns, social media outreach, and other lead generation strategies aligned with our ICP. • Qualify Leads: Conduct initial outreach to potential clients, qualifying leads based on criteria such as company size, industry, decision-making process, and alignment with our SaaS offerings. • Conduct discovery calls with qualifying leads to hand over to respective Sales Executive. • Research & Analysis: Conduct research on potential prospects to understand their needs, pain points, and how our solutions can provide value. • CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all lead interactions and status in our CRM system. • Collaboration: Work closely with the Growth team to hand off qualified leads, ensuring a smooth transition through the sales pipeline. • Reporting: Regularly report on lead generation activities and results, providing insights and feedback to improve processes.

Requirements

• Min. 6 months experience in sales, lead generation, or a related field, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment. • Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills. • Ability to build rapport quickly and maintain relationships. • Proficiency in using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Copper) and sales engagement tools. • Ability to conduct detailed research on prospects and industries. • Driven by targets and results, with a strong desire to succeed in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. • Preferred skill set: Multilingual. • Experience in the Healthcare industry will be a feather in your cap.
