Description

• Be the go-to expert, partnering with customers to understand their data and reporting requirements, and effectively translating them to our engineering team • Work hand in hand with the Product Team, Data Scientists, and Software Engineers, ensuring customer feedback drives our product development • Own the creation of machine-readable files for hospital and health system customers • Leverage your knowledge of contract pricing mechanisms to help customers analyze their payer-provider contracts and rates • Tackle critical business and infrastructure issues through ad hoc analysis, insightful requests, and data extraction • Deepen your understanding of Turquoise’s product suite and customer use cases to find new opportunities for product builds • Undertake special projects from the Product, Sales or Customer Success teams to ideate on features, push forward active deals, and strengthen customer relationships • Provide comprehensive analytics support, empowering customers with self-service tools and resources to access data • Seek and prioritize technical feedback by engaging with customers.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in revenue cycle or healthcare consulting in a technical/analytical role • In-depth knowledge of payer-provider contracting, reimbursement mechanisms, claims pricing, hospital revenue cycle and factors contributing to the cost of healthcare • Strong SQL skills are a must. Experience with other analytical languages and BI tools is a plus • A high standard for quality assurance of your own work product and the work product of other members of the team • Your analytical, problem-solving, mathematical, and creative thinking skills will be instrumental in driving impactful solutions • Excellent organizational and communication skills to work well both with internal stakeholders while also having the ability to create strong customer relationships • A drive to put out consistent high-quality/accurate work at a fast pace • Communication and collaboration skills across seniority levels and functions.
