Manage high-value capital procurement contracts•Ensure global sourcing strategies and supplier negotiations are executed•Lead RFP processes and manage vendor relationships•Optimize procurement processes for cost savings and efficiency•Drive buyout of critical equipment for operational continuity•Identify and mitigate risks within procurement processes
🎯 Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business, or a related field•7+ years of capital procurement, supply chain, or contract management experience, preferably in industrial, energy, or infrastructure sectors•Strong background in vendor negotiations, contract execution, and procurement strategy development•Preferred: Experience in the Oil & Gas (O&G) industry, particularly in working with licensors•Strong expertise in RFP development, vendor selection, and contract negotiation•Ability to make risk-based procurement decisions that optimize cost, quality, and timelines•Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate across engineering, finance, legal, and supply chain teams•High proficiency in supply chain analytics, cost modeling, and procurement best practices•Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills•Willing to travel 10-20% of the time
