Description
• Project managing various creative and video projects at one time. • Manage documentation of all project requests, publish meeting notes, and scrub data daily to ensure projects stay on track. • Master processes to triage inbound requests, define scope, set timelines, assign resources, and execute requirements. • Manage digital asset management tool; tagging approved assets, archiving outdated assets, and user management. • Handle all task sizes; adept at reading others’ points of view, removing blockers, and mitigating risks. • Interact extensively across all functional teams and project stakeholders. • Work with procurement and legal teams to onboard new vendors and process contracts. • Maintain straightforward communication style.
Requirements
• 3+ years experience in a Producer / Project Management role spanning a large digital presence. • Strong analytical skills. • Demonstrated ability to coordinate production operations and negotiate competing priorities against aggressive timelines without compromising quality or cost. • Proactively and creatively solve issues as they arise. • Manage communication and track procurement/resourcing of third party vendors and contractors. • Proven track record working with teams across multiple departments. • Leadership capabilities to advise on resource planning, and enforce project standards. • Strong organizational skills, with a keen eye for detail. • Strong verbal, written, listening, and interpersonal skills. • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required. • 3+ years of experience in project management, specifically in the design field/working with brand teams (desired). • Experience using and maintaining a digital asset management system (desired).
