Description
• Create documentation that helps developers build with Twilio products. • Work collaboratively with other Developer Educators. • Write highly technical developer documentation like tutorials and quickstarts. • Compassionately review draft documentation from other Developer Educators. • Participate in the team’s Agile processes.
Requirements
• Experience writing, reviewing, and maintaining product documentation. • Experience documenting APIs and using tools like Postman. • Excellent skills in grammar, and experience with minimalist documentation design. • Familiarity with one or more coding languages. • Deep empathy for the developer experience. • Highly organized and able to work on numerous issues and projects simultaneously. • Comfortable working in a highly collaborative environment.
