Requirements

• Minimum of 18 years of experience in software development team, enterprise applications integration, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role. • Proven track record in leading and managing cross-functional teams in a complex, fast-paced environment. • Possesses comprehensive expertise in integration technologies, architectures, and methodologies such as ESB, API gateways, and data integration platforms like MuleSoft, OCI, and Workato, with a focus on data ingestion. • Experienced in SaaS technical development using tools such as Oracle Cloud ERP/EPM, Zuora, Workday, SFDC and Anaplan etc with a strong focus on AWS technologies. • Ability to work multi-functionally with a variety of business and technical team members. Outstanding project management skills with ability to meet tight deadlines and prioritize technologies. • A skilled influencer and evangelist, proficient at cultivating relationships with senior leadership and adept at navigating diverse teams and technologies. • Familiarity with agile development methodologies and DevOps practices. • Strong understanding of enterprise architecture principles, design patterns, and best practices. • Extensive knowledge of various integration patterns, including real-time, event-based, bidirectional etc. • Strong understanding of API management and the software development lifecycle. • In-depth expertise in architectural principles such as SOA and Microservices. • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills. • Ability to translate complex technical concepts into business terms and effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels. • Experience in vendor and partner management, contract negotiation, and SLA management. • Proficiency in project management, resource planning, and budget allocation.
