🎯 Requirements
• Minimum 8+ years of relevant professional experience with 6 years in employer brand, recruitment marketing or corporate marketing • Strong project management skills, excellent written and verbal communication • Solid track record of delivering successful talent marketing campaigns and content • Ability to work independently, influence and build effective working relationships in a fast paced environment • Experience developing content for employee blogs, social media channels, and recruiting events • Experience utilizing digital marketing techniques to attract high-quality candidates • Must be fluent in English (written and verbal)
