📋 Description
• Develop an annual executive communications strategy, plan and calendar that positions the Chief Product Officer as the transformative leader behind Twilio’s innovation story. • Ghostwrite impactful, forward-thinking communications that tell Twilio’s innovation story across channels including keynotes, internal presentations, blogs, press and social media. • Develop content to represent R&D at quarterly Company All Hands meetings and other key internal companywide meetings (Sales Kickoff, Leadership Offsites, Board Meetings). • Develop content for R&D function-level communications and events that supports Twilio’s unique Builder culture. • Build and maintain relationships with key partners to inform CPO communications strategy including Twilio’s Management Team, R&D Leadership, Corporate Communications, Product Marketing, and more.

• 10+ years experience in communications, including a minimum 3 years in a dedicated executive communications role • 5+ years in the tech industry
