Description

• Twilio is in search of a highly skilled and seasoned Workday Senior Architect with expertise in HCM, Lifecycle (hire to retire), Security and Reporting. • This proactive role requires collaboration with internal People teams to implement, optimize, and maintain the Twilio Workday platform. • The ideal Architect will not only design and implement system changes but also maximize system efficiencies to meet the strategic and operational needs of the business while serving as a subject matter expert. • Responsibilities include system design, subject matter expertise, end-user support, stakeholder collaboration, reporting and dashboards, training, and data integrity.

Requirements

• 5+ years of Workday configuration experience with a specialized focus in HCM, Lifecycle process (hire to retire), security, and reporting. • Exceptional attention to details, critical thinking, commitment to data integrity, organization, and adept problem-solving skills. • Ability to gather technical and business requirements and translate into action plans. • Understanding of data privacy practices and regulations, coupled with the discipline to handle highly strong verbal and written communication skills, ability to influence decisions and drive results. • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to develop and maintain relationships with business units and third-party vendors. • Demonstrated ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and deliver timely, quality work within deadlines. • Initiative-driven, inherently curious, and possessing analytical thinking. • Excellent knowledge of PC software, including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and Google Workspace.
