• Join Twilio’s SEGMENT Professional Services team as a Solutions Architect. • Help customers achieve value from Segment Customer Data Platform (CDP). • Lead technical onboarding with clients, guiding them through deployment and best practices. • Enhance customer experience by designing data structures and guiding data synchronization.
🎯 Requirements
• Experience delivering technical engagements as projects in a consultation environment • Ability to deal with a variety of customers, including project managers, marketers, engineers, and business partners • Strong time management skills and organizational detail • Love for explaining technical concepts • Ability to write SQL queries and experience with data architecture • Experience with cloud and data warehouse technologies (e.g., Snowflake, Databricks, AWS, Google Cloud) • Solid client-side Javascript skills and experience working with APIs and server-side languages • 5+ years of relevant experience
