Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Legal Studies, Business, Information Technology, or related field • 3+ years experience in legal operations or matter management • Strong analytical skills • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to troubleshoot technical issues • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills • Teamwork-oriented with a focus on customer satisfaction • Comfortable working across time zones
