This remote opportunity offers the chance to contribute to a meaningful personal project, helping to bring the author's vision to life as they prepare for their first book publication. The project requires a creative and skilled illustrator who can capture the essence of the story in a visually striking cover design. • Responsibilities: • Collaborate closely with the author to understand the novel's themes, tone, and key elements • Develop concept sketches and present initial ideas for the book cover • Create a unique and eye-catching illustration that effectively represents the novel's content and appeals to the target audience • Incorporate feedback and revisions from the author to refine the design

Requirements

• Proven experience as a mid-level illustrator, preferably with book cover design experience • Strong portfolio demonstrating a range of illustration styles and ability to convey complex themes visually • Proficiency in industry-standard design and illustration software • Excellent communication skills and ability to work remotely
